Dr. Maximilian Schubert LL.M.

Maximilian is an expert in telecommunications and digital policy. He is not only very familiar with their regulation, but also with relevant players and institutions in Bern, Vienna, Berlin and Brussels. Before joining BERTAKOMM, he served as Secretary General of the Austrian Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) for over 10 years, was President of the world’s largest Internet Service Providers Association, EuroISPA, in Brussels for two years, and most recently was Public Policy Lead for Switzerland and Austria at Meta. Maximilian Schubert holds a doctorate in the liability of online platforms and a master’s degree in innovation, technology and law from the University of Edinburgh.
